User Settings include:
Profile Information - add your profile image and your contact details;
User Information - add your job title;
Security and Login Settings - change your password and/or enable two-factor authentication;
Home Organization - select the organization that pays for your user subscription;
Preferences - adjust your date and number format preferences;
Notifications - decide on what notifications you want to receive via email, and whether you want to enable sounds and desktop notifications.
💡 User Settings are account-related settings. So, e.g. Date format preferences will be only applicable to your specific account and can be different for your colleagues.
Access and Edit your User Settings
To access and edit your User Settings:
Access User Settings: In the upper right corner of the Camhouse App you can find your profile icon - either your photo or initials. From the drop-down menu, choose User Settings.
Select a Tab: On the right side, you'll see different sections under User Settings. Choose the tab where you'd like to make changes.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
For additional security, you can enable two-factor authentication (2FA) using an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator or LastPass. Once activated, you will be prompted to complete a 6-digit form that will appear after entering your user email and password. The form can be completed only by entering the code shown in your authenticator app, which changes every 30 seconds.
To activate 2FA, click on the checkbox next to the Authenticator app section of Camphouse. This will prompt you to scan a generated QR code using your preferred authenticator app. The link between your Camphouse sign-in and authenticator app will be complete once you have entered one of the generated codes from your authenticator app back into Camphouse.
Notifications
The notifications window appears in the upper right-hand corner next to your profile icon. You can mark all notifications as read by hitting the blue icon in the upper right-hand corner of the pop-up window.
