Invite a New User
โ ๏ธ Only Admin-level users can add new users.
New user requests must pass through a Service Request in ServiceNow and need to be added to the Melody Academy so they can be certified, depending on their persona.
Steps to Add a New User
Navigate to the User & Roles subsection of the organizational Settings
Click the green "Add Users" button at the top.
Enter the new user's email.
To create multiple accounts simultaneously, separate each email address with a comma (,).
Choose the level of access for each user.
Make sure to click on each user to set their specific access level.
Click Invite User.
๐กA user invitation is valid for two weeks, and invitations can be resent after a 5-minute waiting period.

User Roles
Admin Access: Full access to change all organizational settings.
Editor Access: Ability to modify some local settings, update or create plans, and manage Media Inventory and Tags.
Contributor: Can create and update plans, enter targets, and log results. Does not include access to Media Inventory, Tags, or platform settings.
Viewer Access: Can only view data and validate Authorized Spend or planning entries, if part of the relevant validation teams.

โ ๏ธ If you grant a user access to a Top-Level account (e.g., global or agency account), they won't automatically have access to all connected clients or subsidiary accounts. You'll need to manually select which connected accounts they should have access to.
Invitation Email
The new user will receive an invitation email from Camphouse. This email may sometimes land in spam or junk folders, so please ensure the new user checks those folders if they don't receive the invite.
If the new user doesn't receive the email in either their regular or junk inbox after a reasonable waiting period, they can visit the log-in page and click on Forgot Password. This will send a reset link via email.

If the user already had access to Camphouse in the past (with the same email address) they won't receive an email. They will need to log in here with the credentials they used before.
Restricted Fields and Protected Resources
When adding a new user, consider any restrictions enabled within your organization's account:
Restricted Fields: Toggle the restricted setting as necessary to specify if the new user should be restricted.
Protected Resources: Make sure to provide access to relevant tag options so that the user can tag and view associated data, while remaining restricted from any protected data they should not access. You can restrict users on the Signatures they are working on, so they'll only be able to see data related to their signatures.
